INADEQUATE PREFLIGHT PREPARATION AND/OR PLANNING, FUEL INJECTION SYSTEM, WATER IN FUEL, FAILED TO OBTAIN/MAINTAIN FLYING SPEED, IMPROPER EMERGENCY PROCEDURES.
WATER FOUND IN L FUEL LINE, INJECTOR, AND SCREEN PORT. POOR SEAL AT FUEL TANK FILLER NECK GASKETS.
