A Robinson R44 Raven II operated by PAMAS (Philippine Adventist Medical Aviation Services) lost power and made a forced landing at a banana plantation located in Sitio Babahagon, Barangay Poblacion, Lantapan, Bukidnon in Northern Mindanao.
One of the four occupants was injured and taken to hospital and the helicopter received substantial damage.
