Written off 25.7.76 when suffered partial engine failure whilst flying from Sherburn-in-Elmet, West Yorkshire; wrecked in forced landing one-and-a-half miles south-south-east of Dewsbury, West Yorkshire.

Registration G-APVK belatedly cancelled by the CAA as aircraft "destroyed" 9.10.84
