Narrative:
Caught fire on start-up at Rockhampton, Queensland 2 January 1987, with loss of life to one person (an apprentice aircraft fitter). Was stored for a few years at Rockhampton, then rebuilt and re-registered in 1992. In October 2013, VH-AMF was still "alive and well", and was put up sale at auction (see link #2)
