Narrative:
A Cameron Balloons Z-315 hot air balloon, flying from Poti to Vashlovani National Park, struck a high-voltage power line in Asureti village of Tetritskaro municipality, Georgia.
The pilot and two passengers sustained fatal injuries.

the purpose of the flight was to set a distance world record. A bystander was able to capture the accident sequence on video. It appears the balloon was coming in for a landing, but it rebounded off the surface and started to ascend. The balloon impacted a set of powerlines a few seconds later. The video suggests there was gusting wind at the time.
