Narrative:WHILE LANDING ON A WET, SOFT, SOD RUNWAY, THE PILOT LOST CONTROL OF THE AIRPLANE. THE NOSE GEAR COLLAPSED AND THE AIRPLANE SKIDDED OFF THE RUNWAY INTO A DITCH.
