Narrative:DURING AERIAL APPLICATION THE COMMERCIAL PILOT ATTEMPTED TO REVERSE DIRECTION TO PERFORM ANOTHER APPLICATION PASS. HE REPORTED THAT HIS LEFT WING DROPPED AND THE AIRPLANE DESCENDED TO GROUND IMPACT. THE FIELD WAS A WET MUDDY RICE PADDY.
