Narrative:
THE INSTRUCTOR IN THE REAR SEAT OPERATED AS PILOT-IN-COMMAND AND WAS DEMONSTRATING A WHEEL LANDING TO THE PILOT IN THE FRONT SEAT. DURING THE WHEEL LANDING, THE AIRPLANE GROUNDLOOPED.

Probable Cause: THE PILOT'S INADVERTENT GROUNDLOOP OF THE AIRPLANE.
