Narrative:WHILE MANEUVERING DURING AN AERIAL APPLICATION FLIGHT, THE PILOT WAS TURNING AND STALLED THE AIRCRAFT. THE AIRPLANE DESCENDED AND IMPACTED THE GROUND, COLLAPSING THE LANDING GEAR AND CAUSING SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE.
Probable Cause: AIRSPEED WAS NOT MAINTAINED. FACTORS INCLUDE AN INADVERTENT STALL.
