Narrative:DURING THE TAKEOFF ROLL, THE PILOT LOWERED THE FLAPS TO 10 DEGREES. THE LEFT MAIN GEAR HIT A LEVEE AT THE DEPARTURE END OF THE RUNWAY AND THE AIRCRAFT CRASHED.
