Narrative:ON THE FIRST AERIAL APPLICATION FLIGHT OVER THE FIELD, THE PILOT FLEW THE AIRPLANE UNDER A POWERLINE. THE VERTICAL STABILIZER STRUCK THE WIRE, HOWEVER, THE PILOT LANDED AT AN AIRSTRIP WITHOUT FURTHER DAMAGE.
Probable Cause: THE PILOT FAILED TO MAINTAIN OBJECT CLEARANCE.
