Narrative:AFTER BECOMING LOST ON A VFR CROSS COUNTRY FLIGHT, THE PILOT ELECTED TO MAKE A PRECAUTIONARY LANDING ON THE FROZEN TUNDRA. AFTER TOUCHDOWN, THE AIRPLANE NOSED OVER ON ITS BACK ON THE SNOW COVERED TUNDRA.
