Narrative:SHORTLY AFTER TAKEOFF, A BIRD FLEW INTO THE HORIZONTAL STABILIZER AND RIPPED ABOUT 1/3 OF THE ELEVATOR OFF. AN EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED AND THE AIRCRAFT LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT AT MORRISTOWN.
