Narrative:THE PILOT EXPERIENCED A LOSS OF POWER DURING TAKEOFF AND ATTEMPTED AN OFF-AIRPORT LANDING. THE AIRCRAFT CONTACTED AN IRRIGATION DITCH AND FLIPPED OVER. ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT THE PILOT/OPERATOR WERE UNSUCCESSFUL.
