Probable Cause: IMPROPER USE OF CARBURETOR HEAT BY THE PILOT WHICH RESULTED IN REDUCED POWER FOR TAKEOFF. THE OBSTRUCTIONS (HANGAR & TREES) AND WEATHER CONDITIONS WERE CONTRIBUTING FACTORS.
