Probable Cause: THE MALFUNCTION OF THE AIRCRAFT ELECTRICAL SYSTEM DUE TO A FAULTY CIRCUIT BREAKER. THE SUBSEQUENT FAILURE OF THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM RESULTED IN FAILURE OF THE ENGINE IGNITION SYSTEM AND LOSS OF ENGINE POWER.
