Probable Cause: FAILURE OF THE PILOT TO MAINTAIN DIRECTIONAL CONTROL OF THE AIRCRAFT. CONTRIBUTING TO THE ACCIDENT WAS LACK OF CREW COORDINATION AND INAPPROPRIATE REMEDIAL ACTION ON THE PART OF THE AIRCREW, AND IMPROPER MAINTENANCE MODIFICATION BY THE OPERATOR.
