Probable Cause: THE PILOT DID NOT HAVE AN ADEQUATE FUEL SUPPLY TO COMPLETE THE FLIGHT. THE PLTS FLT PLANNING WAS INADEQUATE AND THE IGNORED OPPORTUNITIES TO OBTAIN FUEL ENROUTE LED TO FUEL EXHAUSTION, PRIOR TO REACHING DESTINATION.
