AFTER MAKING AN APCH TO 'THE NUMBERS' ON RWY 5, THE PLT DECELERATED THE HELICOPTER & BEGAN TO AIR TAXI TO THE REFUELING AREA. SUBSQUENTLY, WHILE DECELERATING AND/OR WHILE TAXIING, THE TAIL ROTOR COLLIDED WITH TERRAIN.
