THE PILOT REPORTED THAT HE LANDED LONG ON A ROUGH 900' GRAVEL STRIP. HE WAS UNABLE TO STOP THE AIRPLANE BEFORE IT WENT OFF THE END OF THE RUNWAY AND INTO THE ADJOINING TUNDRA.
