Narrative:DURING A PLEASURE FLIGHT, THE ENGINE EXPERIENCED A LOSS OF POWER. A FORCED LANDING WAS MADE DURING WHICH THE AIRPLANE COLLIDED WITH WIRES AND WAS SUBSTANTIALLY DAMAGED. DURING THE INSPECTION OF THE AIRPLANE, THE FUEL TANKS WERE FOUND EXHAUSTED OF FUEL.
