Narrative:THE STUDENT PILOT LOST DIRECTIONAL CONTROL OF THE AIRPLANE DURING LANDING ON THE TUNDRA. DURING THE ROLLOUT THE AIRPLANE NOSED OVER ON ITS BACK. THE PILOT COULD NOT BE FOUND TO ACCOMPLISH THE REQUIRED ACCIDENT REPORT.
