Narrative:THE FLOATPLANE STUDENT PILOT LOST CONTROL OF THE AIRCRAFT DURING A PRACTICE GLASSY WATER TAKE OFF. THE FLOATPLANE INSTRUCTOR DID NOT TAKE CONTROL SOON ENOUGH AND THE AIRCRAFT STALLED AND STRUCK THE WATER.
