Narrative:THE PLT SAID HE UNSUCCESSFULLY TRIED TO CLIMB IN GROUND-EFFECT AFTER THE ACFT LIFTED OFF BEFORE ADEQUATE FLYING SPEED WAS OBTAINED. THE ACFT DRIFTED RIGHT OF THE RWY AND TOUCHED DOWN IN A PLOWED FIELD WHERE IT NOSED OVER.
