Narrative:THE PILOT ALLOWED THE AIRCRAFT TO DESCEND BELOW THE NORMAL APPROACH ANGLE AND FAILED TO CORRECT THE SITUATION TIMELY. THE AIRCRAFT STRUCK A SEAWALL SEVERING FIRST THE NOSE GEAR AND THEN THE MAIN GEAR. THE AIRCRAFT SLID TO A STOP.
