Narrative:THE AIRCRAFT HAD BEEN FLYING A SERIES OF LOW LEVEL MANEUVERS OVER THE CITY. THE PILOT WAS ATTEMPTING TO RECOVER FROM AN INTENTIONAL SPIN CLOSE TO THE GROUND WHEN THE AIRCRAFT STRUCK UTILITY LINES AND IMPACTED THE GROUND.
