Narrative:THE AIRCRAFT WAS ON FINAL APPROACH WHEN A VEHICLE APPEARED TO BE ON THE RUNWAY COMING AT THE AIRCRAFT. THE PILOT PULLED THE AIRCRAFT UP OVER THE SNOW MACHINE BUT SETTLED BACK TO THE GROUND ALONGSIDE THE RUNWAY.
