Narrative:THE PLT STATED THAT THE FLT WAS LOW AND SLOW ON FINAL APCH. AS A RESULT THE MAIN LANDING GEAR COLLIDED WITH A DIRT BANK LOCATED SHORT OF THE RWY. THE GEAR THEN COLLAPSED AND THE ACFT SLID TO A STOP.
