Narrative:THE PILOT EXPERIENCED AN ENGINE FAILURE DUE TO A HEAVILY COKED #4 CYLINDER EXHAUST VALVE WHILE ON CLIMB OUT AT 500 FT AGL. HE ATTEMPTED A TURN BACK TO THE AIRPORT AND STALLED IN THE TURN AND CRASHED.
