Narrative:DURING A PROMOTIONAL BALLOON FLT, THE PLT STATED THAT ON AN APPROACH TO LND THE BASKET DRIFTED INTO A LARGE HAY BALE. THE BASKET TIPPED AND THE PLTS ANKLE WAS BROKEN WHEN CAUGHT BETWEEN THE BASKET AND A PROPANE TANK.
