Narrative:A LOSS OF POWER OCCURRED SHORTLY AFTER TAKEOFF DUE TO FUEL EXHAUSTION. A FIELD WAS CHOSEN FOR THE OFF AIRPORT LANDING. DURING THE LANDING ROLLOUT THE AIRCRAFT STRUCK A FENCE AND RASPBERRY BUSHES, COLLAPSING THE NOSE GEAR.
