Narrative:ON TOUCHDOWN THE AIRCRAFT'S LEFT MAIN TIRE WAS FLAT. CONTROL WAS LOST WHEN THE PILOT ATTEMPTED TO TAXI OFF THE ACTIVE RUNWAY. THE AIRCRAFT SLID OFF THE RUNWAY INTO SOME GRASS CAUSING SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE TO THE AIRCRAFT.
