Narrative:THE ACFT LOST POWER DURING TAKEOFF AND THE ACFT STALL/MUSHED BACK TO GROUND CONTACT. THE PILOT STATED THAT THE PARTIAL POWER FAILURE WAS DUE TO CARBURETOR ICING. THE EXAMINATION OF THE AIRCRAFT ENGINE REVEALED NO MECHANICAL FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION.
