Narrative:NEARING COMPLETION OF A PERSONAL XC FLT, ACFT EXPERIENCED A TOTAL LOSS OF POWER. AN EMERGENCY LDG WAS MADE APPROXIMATELY 3 MILES SHORT OF DESTINATION APT. ACFT STRUCK TERRAIN AND NOSED OVER. POST FLT INVESTIGATION REVEALED USABLE FUEL SUPPLY EXHAUSTED.
