Narrative:THE ENGINE STOPPED PRODUCING POWER BUT CONTINUED TO WINDMILL. THE PILOT WAS ABLE TO GLIDE TO A GRAVEL BAR AND INTENTIONALLY GROUNDLOOPED TO AVOID HITTING OBSTRUCTIONS. THE PILOT STATED HE BELIEVED THE AIRCRAFT RAN OUT OF FUEL.
