Narrative:THE PILOT FAILED TO ENSURE THAT THE LANDING GEAR WAS DOWN AND LOCKED. THE AIRCRAFT LANDED GEAR UP AND RECEIVED SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE. THE GEAR WAS LOWERED NORMALLY AFTER THE AIRCRAFT WAS LIFTED FROM THE RUNWAY.
