Narrative:THE STUDENT PILOT WAS ON HIS FIRST FLIGHT IN THE AIRCRAFT AFTER IT HAD BEEN MODIFIED WITH A TAIL WHEEL CONVERSION. DURING THE LANDING, HE LOST CONTROL AND THE AIRCRAFT GROUND LOOPED. NO PREIMPACT PART FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION WAS EVIDENT.
