Narrative:THE OWNER, WHO OCCUPIED THE RIGHT FRONT SEAT, STATED THAT HE RETRACTED THE LANDING GEAR DURING THE LANDING ROLL INADVERTENTLY INSTEAD OF THE FLAPS. THE PIC NEVER RESPONDED IN WRITING CONCERNING THE ACTIONS HE TOOK DURING THE ACCIDENT.
