Narrative:THE STUDENT PLT WAS ON HER FOURTH SUPERVISED SOLO MAKING TOUCH-&-GO LNDGS. DRG A LNDG, THE ACFT BALLOONED, THEN TOUCHED DOWN HARD. THE NOSE GEAR COLLAPSED, & SUBSEQUENTLY, THE ACFT CAME TO REST OFF THE LEFT SIDE OF THE RWY.
