Narrative:THIS PILOT STATED HE DID NOT FULLY UNDERSTAND CROSSWIND OPERATING PROCEDURES. WHEN HE ENCOUNTERED A CROSSWIND DURING TAKEOFF HE ALLOWED THE AIRCRAFT TO DRIFT TO THE LEFT OFF THE RUNWAY AND GROUNDLOOPED.
