Narrative:THE PILOT ATTEMPTED TO TAKEOFF WITH THE FUEL TANK SELECTOR SELECTED TO AN EMPTY TANK. SHORTLY AFTER LIFT-OFF THE ENGINE STOPPED AND THE ACFT SKIDDED ACROSS A ROAD AND STRUCK AN EMBANKMENT.
