Narrative:DURING AERIAL APPLICATIONS MANEUVER A LOUD WHINE ACCOMPANIED BY A LOSS OF POWER OCCURRED. DURING FORCED LANDING A HARD LANDING WAS MADE COLLAPSING THE SKIDS WITH THE MAIN ROTOR BLADES STRIKING THE GROUND. NO REASON FOR THE POWER LOSS WAS FOUND.
