Narrative:THE ACFT WAS STALLED ON SHORT FINAL FOR LANDING. IT TOUCHED DOWN HARD ON THE RWY AND DIRECTIONAL CONTROL WAS LOST. THE ACFT VEERED OFF THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE RWY AND STRUCK TWO PARKED ACFT.
