Narrative:THE PILOT STATED THAT DURING LANDING ROLL THE RIGHT BRAKE LOCKED, THE AIRCRAFT EXITED THE RUNWAY, CROSSED A GRASSY AREA AND COLLIDED WITH AN AIRPORT LIGHT POLE. INSPECTION OF THE BRAKES, RUDDER AND NOSE WHEEL STEERING REVEALED NO PREIMPACT MECHANICAL MALFUNCTIONS/FAILURES.
