THE PLT FAILED TO LOWER THE LANDING GEAR PRIOR TO TOUCHDOWN. INSP OF THE ACFT REVEALED THAT THE LANDING GEAR WARNING HORN & GEAR DOWN & LOCKED LIGHT WERE INOPERATIVE.
