DURING LANDING ROLL THE RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEAR TIRE FAILED CAUSING A LOSS OF DIRECTIONAL CONTROL. THE ACFT DEPARTED THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE RWY, AND THE RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEAR COLLAPSED.
