Narrative:THE FLIGHT WAS INVOLVED IN SHORT FIELD LANDING PRACTICE. ON THE THIRD LANDING, THE PILOT ALLOWED THE AIRCRAFT TO STALL ABOVE THE RUNWAY SURFACE AND THEN TOUCH DOWN HARD, DAMAGING THE OUTBOARD SECTIONS OF THE WINGS.
