DURING AERIAL APPLICATION THE ENGINE SUSTAINED A POWER LOSS DUE TO SEPARATION OF THE NUMBER 9 CYLINDER HEAD. DURING THE FORCED LANDING IN ROUGH TERRAIN THE AIRCRAFT WAS SUBSTANTIALLY DAMAGED.
