Narrative:THE PILOT STATED THAT HE ENCOUNTERED A COMPLETE WHITEOUT CONDITION AND DURING THE EMERGENCY LANDING ON THE FROZEN LAKE HE LOST DIRECTIONAL CONTROL OF THE AIRCRAFT CAUSING THE LEFT WING TO STRIKE THE GROUND.
