THE BALLOON DRIFTED INTO POWER LINES JUST AFTER LIFTOFF. THE PILOT STATED HE WAS HOOKING UP A NEW TEMPERATURE GAUGE AND DID NOT NOTICE THAT THE BALLOON WAS DESCENDING.
